We operate skybin.io to provide free developer tools, paid SaaS products, information about our free mobile apps, and related online resources.

Free developer tools on skybin.io are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use unless a specific tool page states otherwise. Tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that any tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns for checkout-related matters, in accordance with Paddle's buyer terms. When you purchase a paid Skybin product: - You enter into a transaction with Paddle as the seller of record for payment, tax, and invoicing purposes - Paddle processes your payment, calculates applicable taxes, and issues receipts or invoices - We provision and deliver the SaaS service based on confirmation of your subscription from Paddle - Paddle's checkout buyer terms apply to your purchase: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms **Subscriptions and renewals** Paid plans may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal charges are processed by Paddle using your selected payment method on file. **Refunds and cancellations** Refund eligibility is determined in accordance with our product-specific refund policy and Paddle's buyer terms. To request a refund, cancellation, or billing support for a Paddle transaction, contact help@paddle.com or use the options provided in your Paddle receipt. We may also assist with product-related cancellation requests at hello@skybin.io. **Chargebacks** Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of your subscription or account while the matter is investigated.

skybin.io may link to third-party websites and services, including other Skybin products such as FormFuse and SEO Render. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, pricing, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that service's terms and policies.

All content on skybin.io — including text, branding, layout, tool interfaces, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to Skybin Technology Private Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the free tools for lawful purposes. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute substantial portions of the Website or its tools except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent. Paid SaaS products are licensed, not sold.
